What kind of
techniques do you
use?
The main technique I use is
called EFT
(Emotional Freedom
Techniques). This
technique was developed by
Gary Craig in the early
1990's and is currently
used by thousands of people
around the world. I also
use HeartMath
and TAT
(Tapas Acupressure
Technique), along with
several other techniques
I've developed.
Do
you use drugs or
supplements?
No drugs, supplements,
tools or apparatus of any
kind are used in the
session. We use only
simple, effective personal
development techniques that
clear out negative
patterns.
How does EFT
work?
EFT is like emotional
acupressure (or acupuncture
without the needles).
Acupressure works with
physical symptoms, whereas
EFT works with negative
emotions, thoughts and
beliefs. By tapping on
certain acupressure
(energy) points while
remembering a stressful
situation, it clears out
the emotional charge
associated with the event.
This sounds
pretty weird...
It may sound weird at
first, especially if you're
not familiar with these
types of techniques. It's
just like anything that is
new or different, until we
understand or get used to
it, it feels uncomfortable.
Acupuncture, which uses the
same energy points, is now
an accepted practice in the
United States and is
covered by many health
insurance companies. The
good thing is, even if you
don't understand it, it
still works.
Will it work even
if I don't believe it
will?
Yes. You don't have to
believe in it, you just
have to do the techniques.
Some people believe it
after they experience
positive results. Other
people have positive
results and still don't
"believe" it. Either way,
as long as you do the
technique, the positive
results will be there.
What type of
results do people
have?
People have reported
feeling more confident,
relaxed. They are able to
deal with life better, not
over-reacting to stressful
situations or feeling
stressed so often. They
have more energy and are
able to sleep better.
People say, "It (the
problem) just doesn't
bother me the way it used
to." By reducing stress and
cravings, it makes it
easier to lose weight or
stop smoking.
Kids have reported that
they are less stressed
about school, homework is
easier, their grades
improve, learning new
things is easier, they have
more self-confidence.
This has really
helped me, but how do I
explain it to my family and
friends?
A good way to explain it is
to say, "I'm working with a
consultant who uses simple
techniques to clear out my
(stress, fear, anger,
sadness or negative
emotions). I've found when
the stress is gone, I'm
able to (lose weight, stop
smoking, have more energy
and motivation, achieve my
goals, etc.) The technique
is like emotional
acupressure (or acupuncture
without the needles).

How would I know
if this is right for
me?
Some people will just know
this is the right thing for
them to do. Others may
think it sounds like a good
thing to do, but they're
just not sure. The only way
to really know is to try
it. To make this process
easier, I offer an

This is not therapy and I
am not a therapist or a

you treat mental or
emotional
illnesses?
I do not treat mental or
emotional illnesses. If you
are currently dealing with
one of these illnesses and
feel this might be right
for you, give me a call. I
may be able to work with
you in conjunction with
your current therapist or
psychologist.
Does this
interfere with therapy or
any other processes I may
be doing?
This complements therapy
very well. In therapy, you
have a chance to talk about
and understand the issues
you are dealing with, which
is a very important part of
the process. Once you
understand the issues,
using the techniques I work
with, you will be able to
clear them out. So you go
to therapy to talk, then
you come to me to clear
things out. I've worked
with many people who used
both at the same time.
The techniques I use work
well with other processes.
Usually it speeds up the
growth process and makes
other areas of your life go
